It's a new month hello 'ber', Merry Christmas in advance guys! meaning it's time to try new things. I got new and fun products that I haven't tried before, Yay! Koji Eyelash Curler No. 71
Can I just say how impressed I am with this curler? So, I was looking around Landmark and found Dollywink's and Koji's stall and decided to check out their products. The SA for Dollywink and Koji is really nice. She said this was good, and I know it is because I've read online reviews how this compares to the Shu Uemura one. I tried it and boom! I bought it. It's that amazing. I didn't know that an eyelash curler could make such a huge difference. I know all eyelash curler will do the job, but this one is just so different.
I tried many eyelash curler before, and before this I'm using the Marionnaud one. I loved it, but now this eyelash curler from Koji is my new found love. I observed a lot of things after using this and I want to write it all in here but it's gonna be a long post so I'm gonna make a separate post for the review, and it's gonna be up probably after this or within next week. Basta, this eyelash curler is so worth it, and I can tell that I will love this for the rest of my life!
Nichido Lip Pencil (Rosette)
I have to be honest with you, I'm not fond of using cosmetics from our local brands. Don't get me wrong, it's not like I hate them, it's just my preference okay? So, I thought I would try something again from a local brand. I've used at least a few things from Nichido before when I started using makeup, and I at least trust Nichido so I got this Lip Pencil in the shade Rosette. Lately I've been listening to Ariana Grande's music and I always see her wearing a matte rosey nude color on her lips, and I could tell that she prefers lining her lips a little outside her natural lip line for a more pouty and full lips that's why maybe I can channel that with this.
I chose this shade because I'm looking for a 'my lips but better' shade that I could use to line my lips for a natural unnoticeable finish. This is definitely darker than my pale lips but it's the closest shade I can get from Nichido's lip pencil colors. Nonetheless, I'm excited to use this and try it on its own or with a different lipstick on top.
Nail Foil (Landmark, Trinoma)
Can we just take a moment and admire this nail foil? It's a gradient glitter design in turquoise and silver. There are a bunch of designs you can choose from and other nail stuff for the nails. Love it!
Majolica Majorca Jeweling Pencil (BK901)
This is my first time to try a pencil eyeliner from Majolica Majorca, so I hope that it's waterproof. The shade is actually quite fun, it's black with glitters. The design of this pencil is so cute kawaii, Majolica always has the cutest designs on their products. Excited to try this!
Za Cosmetics Ever Liner For Eyes (Brown)
I'm always open to try different products especially eyeliners! It's a product I can't live without because I have small eyes. I actually prefer brown over black because it's more natural and I find that brown doesn't look bad when it smudges unlike black, it leaves my eyes looking like somebody punched me on the eye. No to panda and black eyes haha!
Za Cosmetics Plumper Lips (Pink Pearl)
Hey hey hey, I've been wanting to buy this, why? because it looks so good, I actually wore this during my photo shoot for Majolica Majorca and it looks beautiful because it's a sheer lipstick with a glossy finish. I know that many reviewers compare this to a high-end lipstick but I can't remember from what brand.
I got the shade Pink Pearl, the color ranges from light pinks to peach basically everyday or easy to wear shades.
Pink Pearl is such a beautiful color! I tried this before writing this post and oh, I love it. This shade looks medium pink on tube, but on the lips it's a bit lighter and is a blend between pink and peach.
Za Cosmetics Deep Cleansing Oil
The first thing I notice is the packaging of this, it's G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S. If you can't tell, I pretty much love floral prints and you can see floral backgrounds and flowers all over the photos on my posts. Anyways, I've never tried a cleansing oil before, I thought I will never need it, so I always use my makeup remover that has two sides (oil and a mix of various stuff) to remove my eyes, lips and face makeup. So happy that I'm finally trying something new.
I tried this the night after I got this, and holy guacamole it does a great job removing all my makeup. And I don't even need to use my Delon cotton pads (which I'm running out of).
After all the cleansing, it leaves my skin moisturized because it has different oil properties. And it says it removes blackheads, I don't believe it, but I'm starting to because it does a great job cleansing the face and so thus the pores, I noticed my pores looking smaller after using this.
