Valentine's Day Hair and Makeup

Hi loves! Quoting Justin Bieber in his song "Love Yourself" - Cause if you like the way you look that much, ohhh baby you should go and love yourself. Here's my way of celebrating love month (I know this is kind of late but I'm posting this anyway). You don't have to have a date for Valentine's day, because sometimes, all you need are a good set of makeup and a va-va-voom hairstyle to accompany you. Because looking good makes you feel good, I mean maybe even better than spending your day with someone. So without further ado, here was my hair and makeup for the day of hearts.

This is probably the best set of curls I did on myself. Could this be a hair goal? I hope so. I used Babyliss' 32 mm curling iron for reference. If you notice, my hair color is now black but turns brown when light hits it. Finally! I don't have to worry about my roots showing and no more ombre hair. 

For my makeup, I opted for a dark brown smokey eyes with long fluttery lashes and a burgundy lip (which is not translating well on pictures) All the products I used  for this look are listed down below.
